Zwilling J.A. Henckels has introduced a three-piece knife set with Christopher Kimball, founder of Milk Street Kitchen.
According to the company, the set includes a 7-inch cook’s knife, 5.5-inch serrated prep knife and 4-inch paring knife. The 7-inch cook’s knife is described as an all-purpose knife that has a scalloped heel, a teardrop tip for slicing, and a deeper blade for safety, slicing, and crushing items such as garlic and ginger.
The 5.5-inch serrated prep knife is based on the design of the cook’s knife, stated the company, and is designed to handle almost any job in the kitchen and stay sharper longer. Meanwhile, the 4-inch paring knife is also based on the same design principles as the other knives, stated Zwilling. It is designed for small to medium jobs.
The Zwilling J.A. Henckels Christopher Kimball three-piece knife set is currently available at Sur la Table. The set has a suggested retail price of $211.
