Zojirushi has launched new colors for its Mr. Bento lunch jars, in time for spring/summer.
The brand’s Mr. Bento jar is now available in Blueberry, Plum, Carbon Black and Stainless. The Mr. Bento has an vacuum insulated outer container, four microwaveable inner containers, a forked spoon, and tote.
The four microwaveable inner bowls include a 9-ounce soup bowl, 15-ounce main bowl and 10-ounce and 7-ounce side bowls. and 7 oz. side bowls. The soup and main bowls stack together in the outer container for insulation, and the two side bowls stack on top. The outer lid snaps close to keep all bowls contained for easy transport.
The company said the gasket on the soup bowl lid helps to minimize leaks, and a pressure release valve allows it to be opened easily when pressure builds up inside.
Made of durable stainless steel, the outer container features Zojirushi’s superior insulation technology, keeping foods warm or cold for about six hours, and is nonstick coated inside, making it easy to clean. The jars in the four new colors are available now.
