Zavor is now rolling out its LUX LCD multi-cooker with new features and in a new color, a black metal finish.
According to the company, the LUX LCD in black has updated programming and now offers 10 cooking functions — pressure cook, slow cook, steam, sauté, flex, simmer, yogurt, grains, eggs and dessert. The additional keep warm and time delay programs are designed to let users move from preparing to serving.
One of the more unique functions on the multi-cooker is the flex function. This function allows users to independently program the unit temperature from 102°F to 356°F to be used as a traditional stockpot, fondue pot, sous vide and more. The unit includes a pre-heating bar, pre-heating callout, cooking call out, and lid alarm.
The LUX LCD cooker is equipped with a self-locking lid, automatic pressure release setting, and two independent pressure control valves. Included is a stainless steel steamer basket, a user’s manual, a quick guide, and a recipe book with more than 70 recipes.
The LUX LCD multi-cooker in black is available in 6- and 8-quart sizes. The suggested retail price for the 6-quart is $159.95 and the 8-quart is $179.95.
