Wolf Gourmet, a division of Wolf Appliance, Inc. has debuted new cutlery. The collection includes a serrated utility knife; carving set; and set of four steak knives.
The serrated utility knife measures 5.5 inches and is designed to perform one-off tasks such as cutting a sandwich or portioning fish. The serrated edge is designed to help make clean cuts through foods with tough exteriors and soft interiors such as bread, sausage and similar ingredients.
Wolf said the knife is crafted from stainless steel with a full-tang blade with a triple-rivet pakkawood handle. It has a suggested retail price of $199.
The new Wolf carving set comes with a nine inch carving knife and eight inch carving fork. The knife and fork are made of stainless steel and also have triple riveted, full-tang pakkawood handles. The set has a suggested retail price of $499.
The brand also rolled out a four piece steak knife set that comes with 4.5 inch knives designed to cut steak. Also made from stainless steel, the knives each have recessed bolster and pakkawood handles. The set has a suggested retail price of $499.
