Gourmet Insider’s 2016 Summer Roundtable Panel Takes On Inventory Management

Inventory turns, while one of the basic necessities of a retail business, presents its own sets of challenges and opportunities for independent gourmet store owners.

To discuss the challenges of inventory management, GOURMET INSIDER® hosted eight independent gourmet housewares retailers as part of its 2016 summer roundtable. The event took place at Hotel Indigo in Atlanta, GA, during the July edition of the Atlanta International Gift & Home Furnishings Market.
