Victorinox has teamed up with barbecue grand champion pitmaster, Rod Gray, for the new Competition BBQ Cutlery Collection.
“We identified a trend of competition barbecue teams assembling their own Victorinox knife sets, and wanted to enhance that process,” said Dennis Piretra, svp/marketing for Victorinox Swiss Army North America. “Backed by a strong commercial heritage, and in coordination with barbecue professionals, we’ve curated three new competition BBQ knife sets, which we’re confident address the needs and nuances of breaking down and preparing proteins for barbecue.”
