Jacobsen Salt, based in Portland, OR, is bringing a new smoked turkey brine to the market just in time for Thanksgiving.
According to the company, the smoked turkey brine is a custom blend of salt, herbs and spices. Available now for a suggested retail price of $20, the brine should be ordered by November 13 to ensure delivery in time for Thanksgiving. The good is also certified Kosher.
Not just for turkeys, Jacobsen noted that the brine can also be used on other poultry, pork loin or pork chops. It can be used as both a wet or dry brine.
The company also recently launched its new honey gift set as well.
