The Rapid Slicer Makes Its Debut

Rapid Slicer, LLC recently debuted its Rapid Slicer, a kitchen tool designed to slice a multitude of small fruits and vegetables such as cherry tomatoes, grapes and olives with a single pass, while holding them in place. In addition, the company’s inventors said it can also be used to evenly slice shrimp, poultry and other meats.

The new tool was invented by husband and wife duo, Cindy and Rob Fox and has recently was honored as a 2018 gia finalist. Its large capacity y can hold 1 1/2 to 2 cups of tomatoes, grapes or olives or two chicken breasts at once. It has non-slip feet to keep it stationary on the counter while in use, and a lid to protect hands from the knife blade.

The Rapid Slicer is sold at a variety of independent gourmet kitchenware stores nationwide.
