The Kitchen Engine Marks 13 Years In Business

The Kitchen Engine, an independent gourmet housewares store located in Spokane, WA, is celebrating its 13th anniversary.

To celebrate, the retailer is hosting a three-day sale event from September 11 to 13. According to The Kitchen Engine’s newsletter, the event will include a storewide sale of 20 percent off (15 percent off electrics), with door buster deals at 50 to 70 percent off, as well as clearance items marked 30 to 70 percent off. The retailer also stated that over $3,000 in door prizes will be awarded.

The retailer stated it will also have local chefs cooking treats; local coffee roasters sampling coffee; and factory reps offering product demos.

The Kitchen Engine opened in 2006 by husband-and-wife duo, Eric and Nicole Frickle, as well as Eric’s parents, Dan and Vicki Frickle.
