The Kitchen Chick opened its doors in 2012 in an 800-square-foot store. Within five years, the amount of product offerings as well as the demand for cooking classes allowed Cahill to purchase a 10,000-square-foot building that acts as a retail store and cooking school.
The store has been given multiple accolades, being named tops in reader’s choice polls in the area, and Cahill was named one of Galveston County’s 40 under 40 in 2018.
