Sybille Van Kempen, owner of Bridgehampton, NY-based Loaves and Fishes, is releasing a cookbook to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the brand’s Inn.
The book, titled Bridgehampton Inn and Restaurant Look + Cook Book, brings to life the Hamptons experience of summertime entertaining, and invites the reader into Van Kempen’s family with more than 75 recipes, 15 of which are cocktails. It also features QR codes to video tutorials and instructions on how to shop at the gourmet housewares store through FaceTime.
Loaves and Fishes was started in 1980 as a food store by Anna Pump, the mother of Van Kempen. The family than branched out, opening the Bridgehampton Inn & Restaurant in 1994 and Loaves and Fishes Cookshop in 2003.
The book will be officially released on May 24.
