Stonewall Kitchen, who acquired Tillen Farms in 2017, is rolling out new cocktail garnishes from the brand just in time for the holiday entertaining season.
Tillen Farms Bloody Mary Olives are green olives that have been hand stuffed with sweet onions and tart sun-dried tomatoes. The olives have also been brined in vodka for an additional flavor enhancement. They can be used as a garnish or eaten straight from the jar as a snack, the company said. The olives are available for $7.95.
Rum Bada Bing Cherries, also new from Tillen Farms, are Northwest-grown, pitted and stem-on cherries that are enhanced with a splash of rum. Add to cocktails or desserts, the company noted. The product has a suggested retail price of $7.95.
Also new are the Bourbon Bada Bing Cherries. Also Northwest-grown, pitted and stem-on cherries, these bites include a splash of warm, spicy bourbon and can be paired with desserts, cheese plates or bourbon cocktails. The jar is available for a suggested retail price of $7.95.
