Stonewall Kitchen, manufacturer of shelf-stable foods and other housewares, is bringing three new spice rubs to the market this fall.
The company’s Texas rub is made with brown sugar, molasses and select spices. It is designed to bring plenty of sweet, zesty flavor to brisket, ribs, chicken or pork. It is available for $5.95 for a 3-ounce jar.
Also new from Stonewall Kitchen is the Maine Seafood rub. This rub is smoky and is designed to be used on shrimp, crab and fish, as well as white meat and vegetables. It can be used with all types of cooking styles and carries a suggested retail price of $5.95 for a 3-ounce jar.
The new Chicken & Pork rub is a combination of herbs, zesty spices and aromatic garlic. It can be used as a rub but can also be used as an overnight marinade. This rub is also available for $5.95 for a 3-ounce jar.
