Stonewall Kitchen has debuted a Mediterranean Grille Sauce, which the company said takes its flavor cues from Italy, Greece and Spain.
According to Stonewall Kitchen, the grille sauce is made from kalamata olives, green olives and capers that provide salty, briny notes. These are balanced with garlic, lemon, sweet honey and the company’s blend of spices. The company said that the grille sauce is versatile enough to be used on pastas, seafood and vegetables.
The sauce retails for $7.95.
