NewMetro is debuting its Mobi Chocolate Grater. The grater is shaped to resemble an old fashioned, retro-style chocolate bar, the company said. The grater has an acid-etched ribbon-style blade that is ideal for grating hard dark, milk, and white chocolate bars for cake, pie and beverage garnishes.
