Revol, manufacturer of French porcelain cookware and tableware, is celebrating its 250th anniversary. Founded in 1768, the porcelain cookware company has remained a family-owned business for nine generations.
Located in the Drôme region of France, the company chooses its kaolin, quartz and feldspar, most of it from France or Europe, for purity and specific characteristics that enable it to be as white as possible, the company said. Additionally, it produces its own pigments.
Available in the U.S. is the company’s ceramic cookware, bakeware, dinnerware and serveware.
