NY Now has announced that online registration is open for the summer 2015 edition of the show, slated to run Saturday, August 15 through Wednesday August 19 at New York City’s Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.
A new “NY Now Market Planner” will enable registrants to create a personalized planner for the market, preview product images, videos and information, contact exhibitors and schedule onsite appointments.
“The registration portal, and our new NY Now Market Planner tool is just the beginning of a great experience,” said Scott Kramer, NY Now co-director and vice president. “The summer market offers access to thousands of established industry suppliers and innovative newcomers, as well as a full slate of educational seminars, exciting special events and inspiring displays.”
In addition to basic badge capabilities, the online registration system allows participants to access links to hotel and travel reservations, register for seminars and events and search NY Now’s online directory by collection, category or keyword, the company said.
Qualified retailers can register for NY Now for free through 11:59pm EST on Friday, August 14, after which registration costs $60 for qualified buyers who are first-time registrants. A new system feature will allow registrants to upload required credentials through August 4, after which required credentials must be presented onsite to complete the registration process. Approved registrants will receive a confirmation and bar code which can be redeemed for a badge at NY Now self-registration terminal at the Javits Center. Qualified buyers who previously have attended the market but did not pre-register will be charged a $25 onsite processing fee.
Registration can be done online at www.nynow.com/register.
