Emile Henry is putting the spotlight on its ruffled brioche dish. According to the company, the dish is designed to bake a puffed brioche, a rich, buttery yeast bread beloved in France since the 19th century.
Available in both red and cream colors, the dish is made from the company’s signature Burgundy clay that is resistant to most mechanical shocks; resistant to temperature changes; and resistant against fading colors. The dish is microwave, oven and dishwasher safe, the company said. The glaze is resistant to scratching and chipping.
It has a suggested retail price of $50 and comes with the same 10 year guarantee that is on all Emile Henry products. It is made in France.
