Toledo, KS-based The Paula Brown Shop will be closing its doors. According to the Toledo Blade, the shop will be hosting an invitation-only sale to kick off its liquidation, and will continue to operate until everything has been sold.
Owners Paula and Peter Brown have cited retirement as the reason for closing the retail store. Their food business, however, The Pub at the Paula Brown Shop, will remain open.
“Thank you for all of your business and support over the last 20 years, they have been amazing! Our retirement sale begins Thursday, July 11 at 10 a.m.,” was posted on the store’s Facebook page.
The store offered an array of housewares, giftware and home décor.
