Ace Hardware is opening a new location in South Pasadena, California. The 32,701 square foot store is in the former Orchard Supply Hardware location. It is slated to open in July and will hold a grand opening celebration August 31 to September 2, 2019
“We are thrilled that South Pasadena consumers will once again have a neighborhood hardware store. The store will be beautiful and will feature an exciting blend of familiar and new products,” said the store’s general manager Carlos Andrade.
Andrade added, “We look forward to being part of the South Pasadena community. Our new and returning customers will see firsthand how we live the Ace Helpful Promise every day by delivering reliable service, helpful advice, and products to help customers get their projects done right.”
The new store will sell traditional hardware products and will feature several “store-in-a-store” concepts and departments including Kitchen Essentials which will offer kitchen gadgets and tools, cookware from brands like Starfrit, specialty coffee items from brands including Bodum, eco-friendly bowls and cutting boards from EcoSmart, sparkling water makers and accessories from SodaStream, as well as specialty foods from local companies.
The store will also feature The Backyard BBQ department that will include a range of grills and BBQ accessories from leading brands such as Weber, Traeger, and Big Green Egg.
