Mesa To Host Former “Chopped” Contestant For St. Patrick’s Day

New Albany, IN-based Mesa, A Collaborative Kitchen, cooking school and gourmet shop, will welcome Chef Patrick Carter, a former Food Network’s “Chopped” contestant, for a St. Patrick’s Day cooking event. The visit will be on Saturday, March 16 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

According to the retailer’s Facebook page, Chef Carter will prepare a three course meal that will include: Soda Bread with Irish Whiskey Butter; Fried Cabbage and Rashers and Pork Bangers; and Irish Colcannon with Red Onion Gravy; and¬†Blarney Stones and Irish Bananas.

Mesa, A Collaborative Kitchen, and Mesa Kids Cooking School are owned by Bobby and Ysha Bass. Mesa, A Collaborative Kitchen, was opened in 2017 and in addition to offering classes and private events, it also sells a selection of kitchen goods such as tools and gadgets, wine accessories, aprons and gourmet foods.
