NUCU, a division of Vollrath that manufactures cookware and bakeware for the home chef and baker, will be rolling out its new curved sauté pan at the International Home + Housewares Show, to be held at Chicago’s McCormick Place from March 2 to March 5.
According to the company, the curved sauté pan is a cross between a fry pan and a sauce pot, and offers maximum versatility whether making a sauce, stir fry or sautéing vegetables. The encapsulated, riveted handle stays cool for safe cooking and is ergonomically designed for maximum comfort.
Constructed from 5-ply brushed stainless steel, the NSF-listed sauté pans are induction-ready and available in 2.2-quart, 3.5-quart and 5.5-quart sizes. The 5.5-quart pan also features a helper handle for safe handling of moving the pan, the company said.
NUCU will be exhibiting at IH+HS for the first time in 2019. The brand will be located in booth S4413.
