Vogue has compiled a list for brides- and grooms-to-be about the seven things they should plan to register for when selecting products for their new life together. The brand interviewed author Caroline Chambers, who recently released Just Married: A Cookbook for Newlyweds, about what she feels are the most vital items that a couple should make sure to register for, in lieu of items that are less practical.
According to Chambers, there are seven items that couples should ensure are on their registry. They include the following:
- Chef’s knife
- Enameled cast iron skillet
- Coffee maker
- Fish spatula
- Stand mixer
- Cutting boards
