Microplane has introduced the Grip’n Strip ring-shaped vegetable peeler.
According to the company, the new ergonomically designed tool allows consumers to easily peel fruits and vegetables when held in a variety of positions. The Grip’n Strip comes in two blade styles: straight and serrated. The serrated style is designed to peel the skins of soft foods such as tomatoes, kiwis and peaches.
The serrated Grip’n Strip comes in black, while the straight version comes in black, red and green. The peeler has a suggested retail price of $7.98 and will be available in September.
