The Park Pour Over Coffee set, said Primula, includes a temperature safe borosilicate glass carafe with a reusable filter and an integrated handle with a wood grain finish. The side of the glass carafe is labeled with measurements for precise coffee servings.
Primula said its design was inspired by the lack of one piece pour over coffee sets in the pour over coffee category. The borosilicate glass is temperature safe, and the included stainless steel mesh filter helps cut down on paper filter use, said the company.
“We are honored to receive such a prestigious award for our Park Pour Over Coffee Maker. Developing innovative products to help our consumers make delicious craft beverages at home has always been Primula’s mission, and our tremendous team behind this product is world-class,” said Brian Melzer, president of Epoca International, Primula’s parent company.
The Red Dot award jury of about 40 independent designers, design professors and specialist journalists tested, discussed and assessed each individual product, awarding the Red Dot to products with high design quality. The competition received more than 5,500 entries from 54 countries this year.
