PMI Worldwide, a manufacturer of sustainable food and beverage container solutions, announced two key executive hires to work on its Stanley family of products. Graham Nearn joins PMI as vp/product creation and design and Matt Navarro joins as vp/global sales.
“2020 has been an incredible year of growth for PMI Worldwide as we continue on our mission to revolutionize the way people enjoy food and beverage everywhere,” said Terence Reilly, global president for the company’s Stanley brand. “We’re thrilled to welcome Graham and Matt as we continue to bolster our team, building momentum for our Stanley family of products and our private label business.”
PMI said, in his new role, Nearn will oversee product creation and design for the Stanley brand. Originally from Newcastle, United Kingdom, Nearn has held various leadership roles in product creation, merchandising, and general management. At Nike, Nearn led global footwear and apparel product divisions in performance, sportswear, women’s, and kid’s categories. At Adidas, he led men’s and women’s training, sportswear, and young athlete business units for the North American marketplace. He has also owned and operated his own consultancy business.
Based in Utah, Navarro will oversee global sales for PMI’s Stanley family of products. Navarro, said PMI, has a proven track record of leading go-to-market strategy for brands in the sporting goods and outdoor industries – from creating premium consumer experiences to building high-performing teams and the organizational structure needed to meet and exceed goals.
Before joining PMI, Navarro held multiple leadership roles and was most recently a vice president for Amer Sports, the owner of brands including Salomon, Arc’teryx, Peak Performance, Atomic, Suunto, and Wilson.
