Plate Poignee has appointed master chef Dale Miller as brand ambassador to its Covaley line of serving accessories designed for home entertaining and the hospitality industry.
Originally crafted from a French design, the Covaley plate handles are engineered from culinary-grade stainless steel and entirely in Rochester, NY. The handles can lift up to 150 pounds, are dishwasher safe, and offer a selection of serveware accessories that elevates the art of plating, serving and sharing.
The company said the line’s unique design provides hands-free serving, that allows hot plates to be carried and passed easily, and fits multiple size and shape dishware for home entertaining.
According to the company, Chef Miller is one of only 68 certified master chefs in the U.S. and brings with him years of extensive training and experience as a chef, restaurateur, consultant, and culinary professional.
In conjunction with appointing Miller as brand ambassador, Plate Poignee has also launched a new Covaley website that provides information and tips on ways to use the serving utensil, ordering options, and kitchen tips and recipes provided by Miller.
“We are extremely delighted and proud to have chef Miller join our team. His creativity and inspiration are central to our new marketing initiatives and the launch of our newly redesigned website,” said Sally Humphrey, president of Plate Poignee.
