The Silicone Spatulas, Pop Scoop and colored Lettuce Knife and Herb Mincer introduced by Oxo at the 2013 Housewares Show this past March are available in retail stores nationwide. Additional products featured at the show will be available in the coming months.
Sized to fit inside dry food storage containers, the Pop Scoop tool was designed for scooping cereal, nuts, flour, sugar and more directly into bowls or measuring cups, the company said. Featuring rounded edges, the scoop is also designed to more easily reach into the bottom of container corners and is shaped and sized for use with the Oxo Pop Containers. Suggested retail is $2.99.
The Silicone Spatulas are an updated take on a classic tool, the company said. Featuring one solid piece of molded silicone around the head and half way down the handle, the Silicone Spatulas contain no cracks or crevices. The silicone is heat-resistant to 600 degrees Farenheit and won’t discolor or warp, according to the company. The spatulas also feature a non-slip grip and are safe for coated or non-stick cookware and bakeware. The line contains a jar spatula, small spatula, medium spatula and medium spoon spatula. The jar spatula is available in white only but the rest of the line comes in white, green, blue, red and raspberry. The jar and small spatula have a suggested retail of $6.99 and the medium and spoon spatula have a suggested retail of $8.99.
Also available this August will be the existing Oxo Lettuce Knife and Herb Mincer with green accents.
