Olivelle is growing its line of olive oils with the rollout of roasted garlic and dill selections. They are part of the company’s Greek collection.
According to the company, the roasted garlic white balsamic pairs the juxtaposition of garlic against a tangy white balsamic vinegar. It can be used for cooking; combining with olive oil to create a dressing; or as a finishing touch on cooked proteins. The new product is available in all of the company’s volumes, from 100 ml to 750 ml, and has a suggested retail price range of $9 to $48.
The dill olive oil is infused with lemon and dill and can be used for roasting fish or chicken; mixing with vinegar and dressing pasta salad or potato salad; drizzling over dishes like smoked salmon and cucumbers; and mixing into yogurt to create a dip with the flavors of Greece.
