NUCU, a brand of cookware and bakeware by Wisconsin-based Vollrath Company, has announced a new partnership with top Midwest chef Terry John Zila.
“As a Midwestern company we are excited to partner with a Midwestern chef who shares our values and appreciates the design and quality of the NUCU products,” says Jean Horvath, vp/NUCU. “We can’t wait to see where Terry will take NUCU.”
Zila currently runs Sel Et Terre, a monthly pop-up restaurant, and owns his own catering businesses Terry John Zila Catering and Johnjeanjuan. He will be using the cookware and bakeware during private dining and corporate events.
“The material is professional grade, extremely well designed and easy to handle. With the many culinary hats I wear, I need equipment that offers me a lot of flexibility but is 100% reliable and produces consistent results,” said Zila.
