Nibblins, a Winchester, VA-based gourmet housewares store, announced that it will be undergoing a store refresh and remodel. The gourmet insider was named the winner of the GC Buying Group contest in which retailers were able to submit reasons why their store needed a refresh.
“When entering GC’s Refresh Contest, [owners]Susan and Blair submitted an artfully crafted narrative claiming that they were ‘tired of being Winchester, VA’s best kept secret’,” said Annette Quezada, GC Buying Group’s special associate that designed and executed the refresh. “Upon winning, our goal was to make Nibblins a memorable experience and culinary destination for Northern Shenandoah Valley.”
According to the newsletter, the store will be closed on Sept. 26 and will remain closed for five days in order to get in new fixtures, clean the store and re-arrange. Nibblins recently hosted a sale to help reduce the amount of inventory in the store during the remodel.
“After several months of planning, it is time for the refresh to happen. If you have been in the store, you will notice a little chaos as we start the process,” the store posted in its newsletter.
