To meet the needs of their customer base and position Chef’s Shoppe as a destination, the duo has added fudge, popcorn and candy to the plethora of gourmet kitchenwares it supplies.
“We left things pretty much the way they were for the first three years and then gradually started adding on,” Nancy Schneider said.
Scott Schneider added that the consumables have helped the business attract and retain customers because they help to get people into the store.
