Mrs. Anderson’s, which is distributed through Harold Import Company (HIC), is putting the spotlight on its new paisley rolling pin just in time for the fall and holiday baking seasons.
The rolling pin is created with a laser-etched design for the creation of decorative cookies or fondant. According to the company, the pin can easily create decorative baked goods. User should simply roll dough to desired thickness with a traditional rolling pin. Then, roll the paisley pin across the dough’s surface using a firm, even pressure. Cut cookies and bake according to recipe. The company notes that for best results, freeze the dough for 30 minutes before rolling with the paisley pin and then lightly dust the surface with flour to prevent it from sticking.
Made from European beechwood with electroplated iron ball bearings, the rolling pin is recommended hand wash only.
