Messermeister has debuted the Preservation Collection, a knife luggage assortment designed to safely store and transport knives. The knife rolls are crafted from woven fabric made from 100% recycled water bottles, said the company.
The new Preservation Collection rolls are available in five, eight and 12-pocket sizes and come in black and heather grey. According to Messermeister, nine recycled water bottles were used to create a five pocket bag; 25 recycled water bottles were used to create the eight pocket bag; and 37 recycled water bottles were used to create the twelve pocket bag.
The Messermeister knife luggage feature padded foam core and fully lined interior with nylon handles with comfortable padding. D-rings on both ends accommodate a shoulder strap, which is included. The rolls are assembled with heavy-duty, racquet coil YKK zippers, specially designed for luggage applications where resistance to abrasion is a must.
The collection is available now and has a suggested retail price range of $23.95 to $64.95. To promote the new assortment, Messermeister has tapped Chef Jessica Monty, who is the executive chef at pro surfer Kelly Slater’s Surf Ranch, located in also a holistic health coach and yoga instructor, based in California.
