New Albany, IN-based Mesa, A Collaborative Kitchen, will host Chef Madeleine Dee, a former contestant on Food Network’s “Chopped,” for a charcuterie board class. The event is scheduled to take place on Friday, February 21 from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., with a cocktail hour at 6 p.m.
According to the retailer, Dee will teach attendees how to make a charcuterie board, designed to a party or romantic evening in. Chef Madeleine Dee, said Mesa, is known for her exquisite plating skills and knowledge of all things gourmet.
In addition the class, dessert will be served and attendees can take their cheeseboard home. Tickets are available for $65.
Chef Dee is the owner of Fond, a local restaurant-turned-catering experience. She was a contestant on the Food Network’s Chopped in 2018.
