Mauviel 1830 is bringing two new cookware collections to the market just in time for the holiday season. The lines, dubbed M’3 and M’Urban, were designed to help consumers blend copper and stainless cookware, the company noted.
M’3 is made from a multi-layer compound of copper, aluminum and stainless steel, but feature a brushed copper exterior. The pans come with a pouring rim and stainless-steel handles fixed with stainless rivets. The collection includes copper saucepans, sauté pans, fry pans and stew pans, which range in retail from $170 to $400, depending upon size and shape.
The stainless steel M’Urban is made from a combination of stainless steel, aluminum and stainless steel alloy. The range of cookware includes assorted sizes of frypans, saucepans, sauté pans, stewpots as well a selection of key nonstick pans. The cookware ranges in retail prices from $100 to $300, depending upon size and shape.
Mauviel recently also debuted its new culinary school and store at its French factory.
