Jacob Maurer, president, Americas, The Cookware Company, has been named to the board of directors of the International Housewares Association (IHA). His three-year term ends September 30, 2021.
Maurer joined The Cookware Company last February. The company is a global cookware manufacturer and inventor of ceramic non-stick cookware under its namesake brand GreenPan. The company’s brand portfolio now includes GreenLife, Blue Diamond, Oxo cookware and the newly acquired Dutch brand B-K. Before moving to the supplier side, Maurer worked for Sur La Table for 15 years, serving most recently as svp/GMM.
