Lodge, manufacturer of cast iron cookware that has been made in America for the last 122 years, is bringing a new collection to the market to enhance its legacy and reinforce its commitment to American-made goods. Dubbed the Made In America series, the company has introduced its first skillet, with more to follow in the years to come.
The debut item in this series is a 10.25-inch Lodge cast iron skillet with a custom imprinted American flag. Information on the 2019 imprinted image will be released early next year, and the skillet will be available for purchase in May, the company said.
The company also opened its newest foundry, which is said to increase capacity by 75%.
