Lifetime Brands Adds New Designs To Dinner Winner Tray

Lifetime Brands has created three new themes for its popular Fred & Friends Dinner Winner children’s dinner tray.

According to the company, the success of Fred’s original Dinner Winner dinner tray inspired the company to develop the new themes that include Pirates, Supper Hero, and Enchanted Forest.

The melamine dinner tray is divided into small sections like a game board, explained Lifetime, where parents can portion out food into manageable bites along the path. The goal is to get to the finish line, where a special covered treat awaits, providing motivation for children to eat their meal.

Based on consumer feedback about this concept, Lifetime Brands stated that it has had success with the tray from several families with children that have Autism, many of whom have challenges with meal time.

“We developed our board-game themed Dinner Winner plate to make mealtime fun for kids. We never expected to receive feedback from customers telling us that Dinner Winner has had meaningful impact on their lives. Knowing how helpful this product has been for the families that reached out to us, we want to share the good news with others,” said Jason Amendolara, president, at Fred & Friends

The creative concept, design, and artwork for Dinner Winner are the result of a collaborative team effort within Lifetime Brands’ Fred & Friends division, the company stated. Each dinner tray has a suggested retail price of $20.
