According to the retail shop’s final newsletter, Navarro shared the following with customers: “Our last feast has arrived, and it is bittersweet to say the least, because while Kettle & Brine’s chapter has now officially come to an end, we’re so thrilled to announce the up and coming launch of our new brand Kinn. The past three years working with our customers and makers have been a dream, and we will continue to do that in a new capacity.”
The new tableware collection, stated Navarro, is inspired by her and her team’s love for design. The brand’s goal is to consistently create memorable experiences and meaningful moments through thoughtful design.
“Our concept is to create the highest quality home essentials starting with tableware, and offer them to you at prices that won’t break your wallet. Since we are designing our pieces in-house and working directly with our manufacturers, we can also create a more transparent supply chain, and honor what has always been our core ethos, offering goods that are sustainably sourced and made,” Navarro stated in the newsletter.
Navarro also stated that she plans to continue to work with some of her favorite artists to create seasonal custom collaborations on a limited edition basis.
