John Boos is making it easier for home cooks to follow along while cooking from a recipe on their smartphone or tablet with the introduction of the iBlock Pro cutting board.
With a built-in tablet/smart phone stand, a juice groove and newly designed finger grips, this reversible block will assist any adventurous chef, the company said. It is made in the U.S. of northern Hard Rock Maple wood and is finished with the company’s Boos Block cream with beeswax finish.
The iBlock Pro is available now.
In 2017, John Boos & Co invested in a new manufacturing facility. The 116,000 square foot wood plant now produces a variety of Boos Block cutting boards as well as commercial and industrial countertops. The new wood plant is located in a 27-acre Effingham, IL campus that includes the John Boos stainless steel facility as well as the corporate headquarters.
