Hestan has added a chef’s pot to its Cue guided cooking system. The connected system, via Bluetooth technology, includes a connected pan, induction burner and recipe app designed to act as a coach in the kitchen.
The 5.5 quart tri-ply stainless steel vessel with domed lid and embedded temperature sensors will allow consumers to cook more meals in different ways, the company said. The pot also has a temperature control system.
Originally, Hestan Cue was available only with a fry pan to be used in conjunction with the induction cooktop and the app. The company has added more recipes to its app as well to accommodate consumers that will add the Chef’s Pot to the system.
Sold separately from the connected system, the Chef’s Pot has a retail price of $299.95. The pot can only be used with the Hestan induction cooktop, the company said.
