Ferrum Technology Corporation is bringing a new brand of American-made premium kitchen cutlery to market at the upcoming International Home + Housewares Show.

Founded in 2016, Ferrum Technology Corporation is a privately held and female-owned US manufacturing company based in Willamette Valley, OR.

The knives are available for order and carry a suggested retail price of $120 each. They are said to feature exotic modern materials and high-end finishing. The blades are made from forged steel and the handles are made from black walnut derived from Oregon.

The company will showcase several of its collections. The Reserve and Estate collections both include a paring, steak, boning/filet, serrated utility, chef’s, carver, scalloped slicer, chef’s and Santoku knife.

The company also has available its Artistry collection of open stock pieces, available with handles in blue stone, blush, poppy, french blue and fresh green.

“The responses to our product previews have been tremendous,” said Marc Wade, general manager at Ferrum Technology Corporation. “Ferrum uses a metal forming process which is completely different from the traditional methods used by other knife makers.”
