“At Feast our mission is to provide a welcoming environment to promote adventurous cooking and kitchen curiosity. We will provide honest advice on equipment, ingredients and most importantly, technique,” said Sean Gartland, chef and owner of Feast.
The store will also offer cooking classes, as its name suggests. According to Gartland, who also holds the position of culinary director for the Flint Farmers’ Market, he is excited about the opportunity to continue spreading the joy of cooking to area enthusiasts. Cooking classes will be scheduled beginning in September 2017 in a wide ranging array of topics.
