Fante’s To Host Made in the U.S. Demos

In the sprit of Independence Day, Fante’s Kitchen Shop will be featuring American made products for its weekly Saturday demos throughout the month of July. The demos kick off on Saturday, July 4, and each will be held at the store’s Philadelphia location.

The following is a summary of Fante’s July demo schedule, featuring housewares vendors of American-made products;

July 4, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.: Epicurean Liberty Bell Cutting Board
Epicurean will be providing a demo utilizing a custom made cutting board in the shape of the Liberty Bell, which includes a laser-engraved crack, to honor Philadelphia’s historic monument.

July 11, 11a.m. – 3 p.m.: All American Baking with Nordic Ware
Fante’s will host a Nordic Ware rep, who will be discussing the company’s history and manufacturing process of Nordic Ware and Bundt pans, why these pans are so unique, and how to get the most out of them when baking for your next special occasion. Attendees will also be invited to taste cakes baked in the pans.

July 18, 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.: All-Clad Weeknight Pan
Fante’s employees, will demonstrate a favorite recipe, crispy Skillet Potatoes and Onions, using All-Clad’s Stainless Steel 4-Quart Weeknight Pan. The pan will be on sale for $179.99 (original SRP is $245.99).

July 25, 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.: Fridge Pickles – Featuring Ball Canning Jars
The kitchen shop will instruct attendees on how to make sour dill pickles at home, utilizing Ball Jars. Fante’s will also be giving out samples and invites customer to shop for jars and Kirby cucumbers in its market.
