Dreamfarm has won three Red Dot Design awards. The company’s Levoop, Fledge and Spindry took home the honors.
Launched earlier this year, the Levoop is a scoop that can be used with dry ingredients such as ground coffee and protein powder, according to the company. To use, a consumer scoops up the ingredient, then slides the button to level the ingredient in order to create a consistent and accurate measure.
The Fledge is a cutting board that features flip-up edges to prevent food from falling or rolling off the sides. According to the company, the Fledge cutting board also has a juice groove designed to catch drips when cutting meat and other juicy foods. It also comes with non-slip rubber feet and knife-friendly patterns.
The company also won an award for its Spindry toilet brush. The tool’s handle spins the brush head to quickly dry the bristles, remove trapped particles, and allow drip-free replacement into its canister.
The Red Dot award jury of about 40 independent designers, design professors and specialist journalists tested, discussed and assessed each individual product, awarding the Red Dot to products with high design quality. The competition received more than 5,500 entries from 54 countries this year.
