Sebastopol, CA-based gourmet housewares retailer, Cultivate Home, has changed hands. The previous owner, Mariah Isely, relocated to Connecticut but was able to find a buyer for the store.
“Cultivate Home has a found a wonderful local buyer to continue the store. And best of all, our fantastic team of long-term employees will all remain,” the store announced in its newsletter.
The store has closed in order to renovate and update, according to the newsletter. In addition, Cultivate Home has also updated its logo.
Since opening in 2009 in downtown Sebastopol, the store has offered a large, thoughtfully curated mix of earthy and elegant tools for cooking, entertaining and nesting, according to its website.
