Cork Pops is bringing its Legacy wine opener to the market this holiday season. According to the company, the new wine opener uses a low-pressure inert gas cartridge to gently pop the cork from a bottle of wine without affecting the taste of the wine or harming the environment.
The opener is designed to offer a single step motion for effortless cork removal as well as incorporating an enhanced foil removal system, patented cork ejector, and user-friendly rubberized finish. Simply insert the needle straight down through the cork, press once and the cork pops out.
Cork Pops said the wine opener is designed to fit all traditional wine bottles as well as flanged lip bottles. Available for a suggested retail price of $28, the Legacy wine opener is designed to open between 60 to 80 bottles of wine before the gas cartridge will need to be replaced.
