Coravin will debut its Bluetooth-enabled Coravin Model Eleven, a connected and fully automated wine preservation opener, at the upcoming International Home + Housewares Show.
According to the company, the Model Eleven provides consumers with the freedom to drink any wine, in any amount without ever removing the cork, so the rest of the bottle can be preserved for weeks, months or years.
Model Eleven features a color LED display with intuitive icons that let consumers know when it’s time to charge, clean, or refill the argon gas capsules.
The unit also connects via Bluetooth to Coravin Moments, a wine experience app that helps wine lovers select and savor their favorite bottles. The app also enables consumers to curate unique wine experiences incorporating food, film, music, moods, occasions and more.
“We’re living in a time when people are prioritizing unique, enriching experiences over material things. Wine, unlike any other beverage, sparks the senses and plays a pivotal role in creating memorable moments,” said Frédéric Levy, CEO of Coravin. “The Coravin Model Eleven and Coravin Moments provides us with a unique platform to connect wine enthusiasts around the globe.”
Model Eleven is scheduled to be available in September with a suggested retail price of $999.95. The Coravin Moments app will be available for download in September as well.
