Greenville, SC-based The Cook’s Station is getting ready to expand. The new store will be 11,000 square feet and will combine both locations of The Cook’s Station and will also house a food-to-go option, which will be run by another local business, Spinx. The store is on target to open in the spring of 2020.
According to an article in local media outlet The Upstate Business Journal, the first floor of the new facility will be a retail store and a new fresh-food component. The second floor will house appliances, a live education kitchen, Le Creuset, and Wüsthof knives.
Open for 22 years, The Cook’s Station is owned by Kelly Ballentine Colacioppo. It began as a component to Ballentine Equipment and became its own business in 1999.
